Il semblerait que la Clinique Armstrong ait été l'objet de plusieurs enquêtes il y a quelques années, le tout est de TROUVER POURQUOI?????

ICI J'ai trouvé un procès verbal datnt du 15 avril 1994 pour le père de Murray (RAWLES ANDREWS)expliquant qu'il aurait délivré de manière abusive des médicaments...

Michael Jackson’s Dr. Conrad Murray, now under investigation by the LAPD for possible manslaughter in Michael’s death: medical malfeasance may be in his genes.

Dr. Murray’s biological father, whom he met at age 25, was the late Dr. Rawle Andrews of Houston, Tex. Dr. Andrews died in 2001, but was a respected Houston physician.

However: Dr. Rawle Andrews medical license came under review and severely limited—according to the Texas Medical Board—from 1994 to 1999.

Dr. Andrews was found to have prescribed “controlled substances and substances with addictive potential to [two patients, names reduced to initials] for extended periods of time without adequate indication.”

The board particularly cited four “dangerous” drugs in their order:

Stadol—a powerful pain reliever used for migraines after surgery—connected to Demerol

Nubain—another powerful pain reliever, delivered through IV, equivalent to morphine and used as a supplement to anesthesia;

Talwin— yet another monster pain reliever/narcotic used before surgery and anesthesia

Phenergan—a more moderate pain killer but also an antihistamine used for itching and swelling.

If any of these turn up in Michael Jackson’s toxicology report, the parallels may be more than just a coincidence. What probably killed Jackson was an overdose or misuse of anesthesia-based drug Diprivan. Certainly, Dr. Murray knew that his father had had disciplinary action taken against him for prescribing and administering similar drugs.

The citation reads: “Agreed Order entered restricting license for 5 years for prescribing or administering a drug or treatment that is non therapeutic in nature or non therapeutic in the manner the drug or treatment is administered or prescribed.”

Both Dr. Andrews and his son, Dr. Murray, are graduates of Nashville’s Meharry Medical College.

Ce qui a tué probablement Jackson était une overdose ou un mauvais usage de médicament basé sur l'anesthésique Diprivan.
Certainement que le Dr Murray savait que son père avait eu une la sanction disciplinaire à son encontre pour avoir prescrit et administrer des médicaments semblables.

LAPD were looking for Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, MJ's personal doctor the morning after the shock death of Michael Jackson. Conrad Murray is a cardiologist and registered in Texas. Dr Conrad Murray is based at the Acres Home Heart and Vascular Institute in Houston Texas.

Police want to question Dr. Conrad Robert Murray over allegations that Michael Jackson was injected with a fatal dose of the painkiller Demerol, just before his cardiac arrest and subsequent death on Thursday June 25, 2009.

LAPD are said to be examining a BMW which was towed yesterday from Michael Jackson's $100,000 a month Hollywood rental home where they also seized bags of prescription drugs. The BMW was registered to a woman named Susan Rush. Susan Rush is believed to be Conrad Murray's sister.

The news of Dr. Conrad Murray followed reports via media that 50-year-old Michael Jackson had been given an large dose of the powerful painkiller Demerol drug. Jackson had suffered various unnamed medical problems. Some media said Jackson was addicted to Demerol.

An unidentified man writing on a medical website claimed Dr Murray : When EMTs arrived at Michael Jackson's home yesterday, the medics wanted to pronounce him dead on the scene -- but Michael's personal doctor refused to let them "call it" -- this according to sources close to the situation.When EMTs arrived there was evidence someone had been performing CPR on Michael for "quite some time." There was evidence of Lidocaine -- an old-school drug that can be used to treat disturbances in the heart's rhythm. Medics took over performing CPR but determined Jackson was lifeless -- and wanted to call the coroner to pick up the body.We're told Jackson was flat-lined when EMTs arrived.
But our sources say M.J.'s doc demanded EMTs continue performing CPR anyway, and demanded that they take Michael to the hospital. Once they arrived at UCLA, we're told Jackson's doc continued to personally administer CPR -- even though it was clear Jackson was already gone.

The story goes that Dr. Murray gave Jackson a shot of Propofol which then put him to sleep. Apparently Jackson then woke up, still in pain, and a compliant aide gave him a shot of Demerol to help deal with the pain. The problem is that Propofol and Demerol are a deadly mix, which caused Jackson to have a massive heart attack.


To make it all worse, the cardiologist who was supposed to be monitoring Jackson fell asleep during his shift. He awoke to find Jackson flatlining. He tried to administer emergency aid, but was unable to revive him.

One wonders why Jackson was in so much pain that he had to take such big name pain killers, especially one like Propofol. At least one person, Jackson’s personal chef, believes that it was the preparation for the upcoming tour that was causing the pain and literally “killing him”.

“This tour was very important for him,” Chase said. “He [took] me to the side and told me, ‘You know, I really need you to make sure that I’m eating organic and healthy. I know you know what you’re doing, and I know you know what to do. That’s why you’re here. They’re killing me. They’re killing me. I’m working so much. I’m rehearsing a lot.’”

I know there was a lot of financial pressure on Jackson in the past few years. One wonders if all the stress to prepare for this important tour was just too much for him. In any event, there is sure more to come from this story, and a manslaughter charge is probably likely for Dr. Conrad.

MICHAEL Jackson was killed by a shot of powerful painkiller Demerol given by an aide as his personal medic Dr Conrad Murray slept, The Sun can reveal.
Dr Murray is reported to have confessed to cops that he had ALREADY given the singer surgical anaesthetic Propofol that same day.

Jackson is feared to have woken when the effects wore off and demanded pain relief.

The Demerol was duly administered by the compliant aide - with devastating effects.



The combination of Demerol and Propofol, known by the brand name Diprivan, triggered a massive heart attack.

US sources have claimed the cardiologist was asleep and therefore not paying attention when his patient's heart stopped beating.

He woke to find 50-year-old Jackson dead and desperately tried to revive him.

A case insider told The Sun: "Murray would set up a system to give Michael a steady intravenous release of Diprivan through the night.

"But this time Michael woke up before Murray did and asked one of his aides for some Demerol.

"The aide gave it to him, but it was too soon after receiving the anaesthetic. That's what killed him."

Jackson is thought to have first taken Demerol to control the pain of burns to his scalp he suffered filming a Pepsi advert.

Dr Murray is said to have told Los Angeles police about administering Propofol two days after Jacko died on June 25.

Propofol - which should only be given in a hospital environment - can be delivered by an intravenous drip to release a steady supply.

But there should always be equipment available to monitor the electrical impulses of the patient's heart and the level of oxygen in their blood supply.

An ECG would trigger an alarm if the patient flatlined, while a pulse oximeter would sound if oxygen supplies changed.

Neither device was found by detectives when they searched Jackson's rented Holmby Hills mansion following his death.

Dr Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff has always maintained that his client denies giving Jacko anything that killed him.

Meanwhile a picture believed to be of the bedroom in which Jackson died has emerged. On the floor at the foot of the deathbed is a manual oxygen pump.

Surrounding the bed are alcohol pads used for cleaning skin before injections, a roll of surgical tape and a box of latex gloves.

On the bedside table is a phone, contradicting Dr Murray's claim he was delayed calling 911 because there was no phone nearby.

On the bed are prayer beads. There is also what appears to be an incontinence pad and a makeshift tourniquet. The source of the pic said oxygen bottles used in the star's drugs regime are just out of shot.

UPDATE: On Oct. 21, 2009, a Nevada judge unsealed the records pertaining to the searches of Murray's home, office and storage space, which were executed on the basis of probable cause that "evidence of excessive prescribing, prescribing to addicts, excess treatment or prescribing, prescribing to or treating and addict and manslaughter would be recovered in the search."

Clark County Court Judge Valerie Adair did not, however, allow the release of a later warrant served Aug. 11 on a Las Vegas pharmacy that is suspected of supplying Murray with propofol, the anesthetic that ultimately killed Jackson.

The aftermath of Michael Jackson's death continues to unfold in black and white.

Having already combed through Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston offices and a public storage space, the Los Angeles Police Department and Drug Enforcement Administration assembled a team to tear through Murray's Vegas offices and home.

Authorities were looking for any signs of the anesthetic propofol and pretty much any document, correspondence or electronic record mentioning Jackson or one of 19 aliases, including the name Omar Arnold, a pseudonym the King of Pop had used in the past for medical purposes, and Prince Michael, Jackson's eldest (perhaps) son.

A few hours after executing their search warrants, officials toted away a few plastic bins and some thick manila envelopes. Who knows if among the following items they'll find some answers, too:

According to the search warrants obtained by E! News, from Murray's comfy home in the posh Red Rock Country Club neighborhood, authorities seized:

• Forensic image of a Dell computer hard drive
• Data from a Samsung cell phone
• Data from a BlackBerry
• Apple iPhone

And from his office suite, they grabbed:

• Hard drive from a PC Club desktop computer
• Images of hard drives from the PC Club, two Dells and a Hitachi desktop
• Image of a Kingston Data Traveler flash drive
• Phone message book
• CD marked with the name Omar Arnold
• Green binders containing staff and medical supply records and medical equipment invoices
• Miscellaneous paperwork

The L.A. Times reported yesterday that the Omar Arnold CD contained what a source said were records of an electrocardiogram Murray performed on Jackson when the singer was living in Vegas. Jackson moved there when he first returned to the U.S. after a year spent living overseas following his 2005 child molestation trial.

But regardless of what's on that CD, all these documents and records—from Murray and a host of other doctors around the L.A. area—aren't making the investigation move along any faster, that's for sure.

Craig Harvey, chief investigator for the L.A. County Coroner's Office, told E! News Thursday that the release of Jackson's autopsy results has been delayed because of additional record searches.

"We had to push it back because we've had some additional inquiries that we need to follow up on with medical records," said Harvey, whose office had at one point planned to take the report public on Friday. "We've had to request additional records."

He said that he didn't know what exactly they were waiting on, but that they should have their hands on the rest of the paperwork, some of which dates back six to eight years, by the middle of next week.

"We've gotten some but we're waiting for some of the records to be produced…some of them are in storage," Harvey said. "I don't know which doctor specifically. In some cases the records are beyond what they normally keep on their shelves."

Oh, that's OK, take your time. We're not going anywhere.

Authorities may want to know all about the different types of medical treatment Michael Jackson received in recent years—but they're still zeroing in on only one particular physician.

A law-enforcement source close to the increasingly convoluted investigation into Jackson's death exclusively tells E! News that cardiologist Conrad Murray remains the only doctor at the center of the Los Angeles Police Department's manslaughter investigation, despite the interest in any correspondence the doc may have had with six other medical professionals who once counted Jackson as a patient.

"We're just focusing on Murray at this time," the source said. "It's a nightmare as it is. The issue may come up again, but right now the focus is on Murray."

Included on the search warrant served on Murray's home and offices in Las Vegas Tuesday were records of correspondence between him and/or Jackson and six other doctors, including rheumatologist Allan Metzger and dentist Mark Tadrissi, both of whom have been asked to turn their Jackson files over to the L.A. County Coroner's Office.

Metzger's attorney, Harland Braun, confirmed to E! News that Jackson once asked his client for propofol—the potent anesthetic authorities believe ultimately caused the singer's death—to help him sleep, but that Metzger refused to provide any.

"Dr. Metzger tried to warn him it was dangerous and turned him down," Braun said, adding that there has been no indication that his client, who was subpoenaed by the coroner's office today, is a target of a criminal investigation.

Tadrissi, a cosmetic dentist, opted not to comment when reached by E!

Coroner's investigators have also paid visits to Jackson's former nutritionist, nurse Cherilyn Lee; dermatologist Arnold Klein; anesthesiologist Randy Rosen; and ear, nose and throat specialist David Slavit, all of whom were listed on the search warrant.

Klein, Metzger and Lee are said to have been in contact with Jackson shortly before his death. Murray was employed as the Thriller artist's personal physician and was the one who discovered Jackson unconscious in his Holmby Hills mansion on June 25.

"Dr. Murray doesn't have any professional or personal association with any of the doctors listed in that search warrant," the cardiologist's attorney, Edward Chernoff, said Thursday. Chernoff has said that Murray did not administer any drug to Jackson that would have resulted in his death.

Meanwhile, all the twists and turns have prompted the coroner's office to indefinitely delay the release of Jackson's autopsy results as authorities continue piecing the puzzle together.

"Je suis choqué et outragé et j’espère que le procureur du district de Los Angeles entamera des poursuites contre le Dr. Murray et l’empêchera à jamais de revoir des patients", confie Adam Streisand, l’avocat de Katherine Jackson.Alors que Conrad Murray fait toujours l’objet d’une enquête censée déterminer qu’il est coupable de la disparition du Roi de la pop, il semblerait que son avenir dans la médecine soit plus qu’incertain.

en France, on peut saisir le procureur de la république lorsque la police et la gendarmerie semblent ne pas s'occuper correctement d'une enquête, les gens ne le savent pas forcément, mais on peut déposer sa plainte et ses éléments directement au procureur..y'a peut être moyen que ça se passe comme ça au sttates aussi? si oui, ds ce cas, pourquoi la jacksonfamily ne prend pas les devants? surtout si elle juge que la LAPD ne fait pas les choses correctement...

C'est pourquoi dans un semi délire j'avais suggérer de créer une association pour défendre MIKL et avoir accès au dossier!

"Je suis choqué et outragé et j’espère que le procureur du district de Los Angeles entamera des poursuites contre le Dr. Murray et l’empêchera à jamais de revoir des patients", confie Adam Streisand, l’avocat de Katherine Jackson.Alors que Conrad Murray fait toujours l’objet d’une enquête censée déterminer qu’il est coupable de la disparition du Roi de la pop, il semblerait que son avenir dans la médecine soit plus qu’incertain.

On le sait de nouveaux documents accablent Conrad Murray ! On avait appris vendredi dernier que qu'après lui avoir administré une dose de propofol -ce puissant anesthésiant qui on le sait lui a été fatal...- il aurait attendu plus d'une heure avant d'appeler les secours !

Ces documents officiels ont été rendus publics à Las Vegas.

Conrad Murray n'a appelé la police qu'à 12 h 22. Or le relevé de ses appels téléphoniques fait clairement apparaître qu'il a passé 47 minutes au téléphone entre 11 h 18 et 12 h 05 ! Il n'a donc pas tenté de réanimer pendant ce laps de temps Michael Jackson comme il l'avait affirmé !

Hier, la mère de Michael Jackson, Katherine Jackson avait elle aussi réagi par l'intermédiarie de son avocat, Adam Streisand : "elle est choquée et indignée. Nous espérons que le procureur du district de Los Angeles entamera une poursuite contre le Dr Murray pour l?empêcher pour toujours d?exercer son activité de médecin".

Le docteur Murray s'est remis au travail lundi. Au coeur de l'enquête sur la mort de Michael Jackson, le médecin du chanteur serait la dernière personne à l'avoir vu vivant. Il est soupçonné d'être impliqué dans sa mort puisqu'il aurait attendu une heure avant d'alerter les secours de l'état de santé de son patient.


Les enquêteurs avaient procédé à des fouilles à la clinique du médecin, dans sa maison et son bureau à Las Vegas, ainsi que dans une pharmacie de cette même ville où le Docteur Murray aurait acheté cinq bouteilles de Propofol de 100 millilitres chacune.

N'étant pour l'instant sous le coup d'aucune inculpation, il vient de réintégrer son service à la clinique Armstrong, à Houston, Texas. Selon une journaliste de la chaîne britannique Skynews, des patients ainsi que le pasteur de son église lui ont souhaité la bienvenue à l'entrée de l'établissement. Pour ces patients, il était « impatient de reprendre le travail » et de « voir ses patients ».

«Un homme gentil»

« C'est un bon docteur et un homme gentil », a déclaré Randsom Craddock, un patient de 81 ans. « Ici, nous lui souhaitons tous un bon retour. Nous avons besoin de lui ». L'avocat du docteur, Edward Chernoff, a déclaré que depuis la mort de Michael Jackson, « son client n' a pas été capable de gagner sa vie ». Ses frais de justice sont astronomiques et ses dettes ne font qu'augmenter, au point qu'il n'est pas sûr de pouvoir garder sa maison ni de subvenir aux besoins de sa famille ».

Le docteur Murray n'avait pas travaillé à la clinique depuis le mois d'avril. Il avait interrompu ses fonctions pour devenir le cardiologue personnel de Michael Jackson, pour un salaire mensuel de plus de 100 000 euros. Me Chernoff a déclaré que son client n'a jamais été payé pour ses services auprès de la star, et qu'il n'a perçu aucun revenu en sept mois. Il a ajouté que le Docteur Murray vient d'éviter la prison, grâce à un emprunt de 550 euros, pour non-paiement de pension alimentaire.
